Our Story...

 

Samuel Montagu Football Club was relaunched in the Summer of 2019, based on Broad Walk, Kidbrooke, London, SE3 8ND at the Samuel Montagu Youth Centre.

The football club is run by former Arsenal FC and England schoolboy professional Craig Holloway who is the clubs chairman. Craig is also a former club member from the original Samuel Montagu Youth Club where he spent many of his evenings after school. After almost 30 years within the football game and being a UEFA B licensed coach Craig decided to reform Samuel Montague FC and his mission was to create the best grass roots football club in the South East London area. Craig is also a qualified personal trainer and is keen to teach his players the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle in diet and drug awareness.

Since reforming in 2019 we have built 15 teams from U7’s up to U15's and we also have ‘Little Montys’ our soccer school for age 3-6 year olds. In the new 2022/2023 season we will be growing our exciting football club with more teams.
